The Fraternal Order of Eagles is an international non-profit organization uniting fraternally in the spirit of liberty, truth, justice, and equality, to make human life more desirable by lessening its ills and promoting peace, prosperity, gladness and hope.

 

Notice to All Members

The Hallcrest Eagles 4497 By-laws are currently being updated. The By-laws must be read at three (3) consecutive meetings then voted on during the THIRD meeting. By-laws are posted at the club for your review. Members are asked to attend an upcoming meeting to find out what the new changes are.
